He got his start in office management but worked his way up to becoming one of the top real estate recruiters in the nation. But these accomplishments still couldn’t compare to the satisfaction of handing a client the keys to their new home, so Chad became a service-oriented real estate agent. Since 2004, he’s been building relationships and making real estate dreams come true across the city with a particular focus on downtown LA, East LA, and the Valley. Chad understands a diversity of markets, having navigated upswings and downturns with unwavering professionalism.

Chad is currently helping me in the process of locating my next home in Los Angeles. Looking at a number of condos in the downtown area and I must tell you, he is really good. Whatever place I end up liking he’s good about giving me more information.
