Born and raised in Armenia, Arus moved to Los Angeles in 1988. Immediately upon obtaining her real estate license, she set to serving neighborhoods across Santa Clarita, the San Fernando Valley, and the Greater Los Angeles area with her remarkable passion.
When not helping people find the perfect home, Arus enjoys seeing as much of the world as possible, enjoying brisk hikes, and catching up with her family.
